Arabian Ranches is located along Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311), at the intersection with Umm Suqeim Road (D63), in suburban central Dubai. Downtown Dubai is approximately 25 minutes by car, Dubai Marina is around 30 minutes, and Dubai International Airport is 30 to 35 minutes. Al Maktoum International Airport is approximately 35 minutes away.

As a suburban gated community, Arabian Ranches has limited public transport options. The two main bus routes serving the area are F32 and J03. The nearest metro station is Jumeirah Golf Estates Metro Station, from which the F32 feeder bus connects to the area. Most residents rely primarily on private vehicles for daily commuting.
