Athlon

Athlon is an active-living residential community by Aldar Properties in partnership with Dubai Holding beside Global Village, Dubai. The master plan is centred on movement and wellbeing, with three- to six-bedroom villas and townhouses arranged around a central park and four activity parks that encourage outdoor life and community interaction.

The project brings active routes, leisure spaces, and wellness-focused facilities into the daily residential experience. Its Dubailand location connects Athlon with Global Village, major highways, schools, and the wider network of family, retail, and entertainment destinations across Dubai.
