Anwa Aria by Beyond

Anwa Aria by Beyond is a seafront residential development on Dubai Maritime City. Beyond’s project page describes 368 residences and a penthouse, with homes ranging from studios and apartments to larger residences and seafront townhomes, alongside a 2027 completion target.

The design is oriented to shoreline views, with broad balconies and a contemporary neutral material palette. Published amenities include an infinity pool, gym, yoga studio, lounges, terraces and a children’s play area, while Mina Rashid is described as a short walk from the waterfront.
