The Source Terraces

The Source Terraces is an Aldar wellness-led residential project in Saadiyat Grove on Saadiyat Island. Public Aldar materials place it among the island’s cultural-district launches and describe residences arranged around tiered terraces, garden pockets, sun decks and shaded walkways.

Wellness is central to the project concept, with published facilities including treatment rooms, hydrotherapy features, relaxation lounges, yoga and meditation zones and a fitness studio. The setting connects the residences with Saadiyat Island’s museums, cultural venues and waterfront environment.
